Our Story

My life forever changed the day I met Adam.....

A Difficult Childhood
 
Growing up, I was subject to psychological trauma. My dad was an absent father, and my mom took her anger out on me. I am an only child, so it was difficult and lonely in my upbringing. I remember how my dad often went out on all-night binges while my mom and I stayed home. She took her anger out on me and would always be mad.

Unhappiness and Depression 

I felt like I could never make either of my parents proud in anything that I did. I would eventually start fantasizing about the perfect life I desperately longed for – loving parents, a happy home, and a childhood I could be proud to talk about to my grandkids one day. Life was difficult and I endured a lot of emotional suffering throughout my youth and it splilled into adulthood.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Life as an Adult 

I struggled when I reached adulthood. I suffered greatly from depression and anger and didn’t know how to deal with my emotions. I tried seeking help from doctors and therapists. Not even the medication they prescribed me could help me get out of the dark hole I was in. My life felt empty, and I couldn’t find a way to the happiness I so deeply longed for.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Turning Point

My life forever changed the day I met Adam - a Transcendentalist. He showed me who I am and who I could become with forgiveness and self-love. Through the practice of “spiritual bypassing,” I was able to heal my emotional wounds, and “cognitive bypassing” taught me how to control my emotions and reactions. I soon discovered the “TRUE SELF” I had within me and became a new man! With yoga, meditation, and aromatherapy, I learned patience, self-love, and compassion.

Ongoing Self Discovery

Today, I look back at my transformation and see how I have changed and will continue to evolve into a better version of myself. We walk through life on a continual journey of self-discovery. Life is complicated and forever changing, but what we choose to do with this life given to us is what matters the most. I had finally found the inner peace that every human being deserves.

A Higher Purpose

Through my newfound peace that I gained on my self-love journey; I came to the realization that I’m here for a higher purpose. I had a calling to help others who were struggling just like I had been before I met Adam. I was a broken man before, and I transitioned into someone who could reach into my inner being to find the strength I needed to be better and to live a full life. My past had become my purpose.

 

 

 

 

 

Establishment of Mindfulness & You

 

My life became purpose-driven, and I had my wife’s full support to take on this journey. By breaking generational trauma cycles, I armed myself with the necessary tools to find the greater good in this life. This knowledge now needs to be shared!

I believe in the power of meditation, love, hope, and human strength. We have the power to change our lives and our circumstances, and I’m here to walk this journey of transformation with you. Life is short and worth living for. With complete wellness of the body, mind, and soul, you can find your true purpose.
